COVERSLUT© is a fashion label founded by Grace Ndiritu in 2016. It focuses on dealing with issues of race, gender and class politics. It incorporates Capitalist, Pay What You Can (PWYC) and Ethical/Environmental strategies into its economic framework.

For the AWITA x JW Anderson curatorial series ZELDA proposes an installation of a series of existing works produced by Grace Ndiritu through the COVERSLUT© project.

Set against a backdrop where textile and haberdashery shops have lined the streets, Soho’s clubs, shopfronts,
cafes and bars are widely recognized as historical sites for collective action, breeding grounds for dissenting and queer expressions of political
action and cultural output.
